Gordon CarlisleGordon Carlisle, Co-Founder - Gordon brings more than 20 years’ experience supporting advanced server systems at the mid-market and enterprise level. An expert in planning and design, Gordon provides businesses and organizations of all sizes with technology solutions that meet each particular scenario and allows each organization to optimize their available resources. He has broad experience with small, medium, and Fortune 100 environments, with a desire to enable organizations of all sizes to use technology in ways to improve their efficiency and productivity. Gordon is primarily responsible for technical service delivery at BrightWire.

Todd WhitleyTodd Whitley, Co-Founder - Todd co-founded BrightWire in 2005 in Olympia to help small to medium sized companies get the most from their technology investments. Todd has more than 25 years of business management and entrepreneurial experience, starting with a Fortune 50 logistics company, and in the retail specialty coffee industry prior to BrightWire. He is currently active professionally in IT Security Management with a rich history working in the trenches of day to day IT support for many local area organizations. Most importantly, Todd brings his customer service ethic to information technology management through a “Business-First, Technology-Second” mindset.

Jordan SchmitzJordan Schmitz, Service Manager – Jordan manages the service department, ensuring that clients’ technical challenges are addressed quickly and resolved successfully. He has been with BrightWire since 2013, having come from another managed IT service provider in Montesano. Jordan is from Red Bluff, CA and Yakima, WA and enjoys trail riding on his dirt bike when he is not on the computer. Jordon is serious about evolving as a technical manager, taking on more responsibility and honing his project management skills. He sees his quest for professional excellence a bit like The Lord of the Rings, but with a few less orcs.

Mike Mazzoni, Network Administrator – Mike heads up the “East Coast Office” for BrightWire Networks. He grew up in the sunny state of South Carolina, and worked at an another managed IT service provider in Charlotte, NC before switching coasts to work for BrightWire in Olympia in early 2014. Now he’s back, but still happily and remotely repairs and supports BrightWire client networks, taking full advantage of his 3-hour time zone head start. When not working, he loves cooking out, outings with friends, working on hot rods and drag racing, but not on city streets, we promise.

Meyers "Meyers", Help Desk Tech

Jessica CleevesJessica Cleeves, Service Coordinator – Jessica joined BrightWire Networks in 2014 after being a manager at a restaurant for nine years. She is the initial point of contact for BrightWire clients through the phone and email, and Jessica’s role is to facilitate effective communication between our clients and our techs, in order to solve customer issues and obtain quality work from our skilled technicians. Jessica was a local girl, born and raised here in Olympia. She enjoys “I Love Lucy” and she loves to go on adventures with her family and friends. She isn’t looking for a perfect life … she declares “Hakuna Matata!”, and looks for a happy life instead.

Matthew BowlesMatthew Bowles, Field Service Engineer – Matt grew up in Sacremento, CA, served in the U.S. Army, and spent time living in Kansas, Germany and Texas. As a Field Service Engineer, he frequently travels to clients’ sites to resolve issues and install equipment, with the goal of making clients happy by quickly improving their systems’ stability. Matt also enjoys tinkering with wood and electronics, and is inspired by Futurama to one day invent robotic pets that will never pass away, and that you can merely switch off while you go on vacation.

Shane RonkShane Ronk, Help Desk TechShane joined BrightWire in 2015 after being a technical advisor at another IT company. Shane has been on track with computer System Administration both professionally and as a hobby since High School. In his free time he works on more tech projects, but does take breaks with his friends to watch the L.A. Rams play football, read and talk comic books, or slay some virtual monsters online. Shane’s dad was Navy, so he lived in a bunch of places growing up, including Oakland, Anacortes, Aberdeen and Olympia among other places. Shane is committed to building his skills and experience so that one day he can design, build and maintain enterprise level networks.

Micah SissonMicah Sisson, Help Desk Tech – Micah (pronounced “Me’ Kah”) enjoys working with clients to fix their computer hardware and software issues quickly and professionally. He has lived in Olympia all his life and has done many different things, including being a student, a jewelry CAD designer, and a baker. When not on duty, Micah enjoys going out and taking day trips, or just staying home and watching the Seahawks. He also likes watching The Middle, which makes him laugh because it reminds him of crazy family. He works hard, but he tries to live happy!

Cameron Cameron Determeyer, Help Desk Tech

Chris ColellaChristopher Colella, Help Desk Tech – Chris looks for the good in all situations, and is motivated by the positive impacts that he makes on his clients. Before working at BrightWire, he was an IT Server Admin at Washington State University and was a tile setter for a local small business in Olympia. Chris strives to facilitate and respond to help desk requests efficiently and to client’s satisfaction. When not working, he enjoys camping, boating, and working on off-road 4x4 trucks. Chris was born in California and grew up in the Pacific Northwest.

Lorena Steele

Lorena Steele, Purchasing – Lorena researches and purchases the lowest cost and highest quality hardware and software solutions for BrightWire Networks and our clients. She enjoys seeing the ever-changing world of technology and looks to grow along with the company, taking on more responsibility while making BrightWire and our clients more successful. Lorena comes from Lima, Peru and joined BrightWire in 2015. She believes we should make our own momentum in life, and enjoys travelling and spending time with her family. Lorena thinks that we should “vive la vida y no dejes que la vida te viva” which loosely translates to “live life and do not let life live you” and knowing Lorena, it may be a quote from Cersei Lannister in the Spanish language version of Game of Thrones, we’re not quite sure.
