This plan is great for smaller companies that may not require a lot of help desk support or project services. Additional services such as email spam protection, anti-virus, anti-spyware and online backup services combined with server monitoring and preventative maintenance, establish the essential foundation of industry best practices to properly manage your business technologies. Help Desk services and Project Services are offered at a reduced hourly rate. There is no long-term commitment for BrightWire Essentials.
BrightWire Professional
This plan provides all of the benefits of the Essentials plan and adds all-inclusive professional IT support services. This plan includes telephone help desk support and any remote or onsite support to resolve issues reported to us by our clients. This plan is ideal for companies with 10 to 50 employees or more, which typically require quick response to resolve IT support requests. Project Services are offered at a reduced hourly rate. For the BrightWire Professional plan we ask for a 1 year service term.
BrightWire Ultimate
Our Ultimate plan bundles all the Essential and Professional services and adds Project Services. This support plan is for businesses that require a complete outsourced IT solution. BrightWire Ultimate covers all Additions, Moves, Changes and upgrades for a flat monthly rate. This plan often makes sense when there are significant IT projects scheduled in the near-term. Because this agreement level requires a significant commitment of resources and long-term planning to meet our service obligations to your business, we ask for a 3 year service term for this plan level.
